Hi gavin,

At the moment it is not possible to upload something to sub folders on box.com.
We have on our todo list to improve the Box action (maybe to retrieve the complete Box directory), so stay tuned for future changes!

Hi,

How do you upload to a sub folder on box.com?

I can upload to the root and first level folder by just typing the folder name in but I can't seem to figure out how to do it for a sub folder.

I have tried with / and \ between the folder names, I have even tried the subfolder url but no joy.

I'm quite surprised that I wasn't presented with a list of folders and subfolders when I click on the box.com icon in click.to... :-/

Thanks
Gavin

Hello clarp,

We do not do Directory Listing for Box.net but you can type in the folder you want to paste your copied files in. If the folder does not exist it will be created.
Every folder you enter here will be added to the history so you can easily choose the folder you want with the dropdown menu

Nevertheless I will add your suggestion to our todo list so we will discuss it and maybe it will be part of a future update.

Uploading to Box: Can we please have a "Directory Listing" instead of just the "Folder"? It is a hassle having to upload, then log on to Box and move all the files into the correct folder/s.

Thanks.

Copy any file you want and select Box from the click.to menu.
If you use Box for the first time you can specify the folder where to parse the copied content. If you leave it blank the default folder will be used and you can specify the folder again next time.
You can even copy plane text and Click.to will create a txt file with the text inside and store it in the Box!
