Right click on the click.to icon in the lower right corner of your screen and select "Options".
A window will open where you have to click on "Add..." on the right and another window will pop up. You can now see all the new actions under the menu item "Default actions". Select them, click on "Add" and you are done.
You can now go on and customize click.to for your needs!
