Using the GMail pattern or creating a custom one, is there a way to send copied text with the 1st line as subject and remaining lines as body text to a pre-defined email address via GMail?

unfortunately the current patterns do not allow this. The only patterns which work with text, which make sense for GMail, are the [Text] and [TextURL] pattern.
We will think about more patterns to give our customers more specific ways to create their own actions for click.to.
Be also aware that the GMail action is more limited than using an email client action from click.to as it is only a web call.At total I am sorry to disappoint you but I think so far there is no way to do it.
